What Makes The Cosmopolitan Different to Build For
The venue is a design hotel, not a convention center. The surrounding environment is architecturally distinctive and the booth needs to belong in it. This is one of the few venues where the room itself is part of the attendee experience, and a booth that ignores that context looks wrong.
Spaces are intimate rather than cavernous. Ceiling heights and floor areas are smaller than a purpose-built convention center, which means designs need to work within tighter constraints.
Load-in access is limited. Confirm dimensional constraints and freight routing before fabrication — what fits in a convention center dock may not fit here.
Rigging is limited or unavailable in most spaces. Design to stand on the ground without hanging elements.
