Exhibit and Booth Rentals for Light + Building Americas
The Americas edition of the world's leading lighting and building-technology event rewards exhibitors who treat light as a medium. We build lighting-forward exhibit rentals with dramatic LED media and controlled, showcase-quality illumination.

About Light + Building Americas and Who Exhibits There
Light + Building Americas is the lighting and building services technology trade event, brought to the North American market by the organizers of the long-running Frankfurt event. Exhibitors cover architectural and commercial lighting, controls and building automation, electrical infrastructure, and smart building technology.
The audience is lighting designers, electrical engineers, specifiers, distributors, contractors and facility managers.
What Makes Light + Building Different to Build For
You are selling light in a hall full of light, and that is the central design problem. A lighting product demonstrated under bright ambient hall lighting cannot be evaluated. Serious lighting exhibitors build controlled environments — darkened or semi-darkened enclosures where a fixture's output, beam, colour temperature and rendering can actually be seen.
That is a genuinely different build from any other show. Light-sealed enclosures, controlled entry so ambient light does not spill in, and interior surfaces chosen for how they respond to the fixture being demonstrated.
Controls and automation exhibitors need working systems, which means multiple fixtures, a control interface and network provisioning so scenes and behaviours can be demonstrated live.
The specifier audience evaluates technically. Lighting designers read beam angles, CRI, colour consistency and glare control. Marketing claims without demonstrable performance do not survive this floor.
Booth lighting quality is a direct advertisement for your competence. More than at any other show, if your booth is badly lit, your lighting product is not credible.
Light + Building Venue and Move-In
When held in Las Vegas, the event occupies convention center space. Controlled-environment builds involve more construction than a standard booth, so install runs longer and needs a realistic window against your target move-in.
Electrical service must be specified carefully — a lighting booth's load is higher than its footprint suggests — and ordered against the advance-rate deadline.
Booth Sizes That Work at Light + Building
10x10 and 10x20 — Viable with a compact controlled viewing enclosure rather than an open display.
20x20 island — Room for a controlled demonstration environment plus open product display and a specifier conversation area.
20x40 and larger — Multiple controlled environments demonstrating different applications, a controls demonstration area, and seated specifier meeting space.
How Early to Book for Light + Building Americas
Four to six months. Controlled-environment construction and detailed electrical specification both extend the build timeline.
