Exhibit and Booth Rentals for MAGIC in Las Vegas
The fashion, apparel, footwear, and accessories industry's marquee Las Vegas gathering draws apparel brands, retailers, and buyers ready to do business. We build exhibit rentals that turn that heavy traffic into qualified conversations and leads.

About MAGIC and Who Exhibits There
MAGIC is the apparel, footwear and accessories trade show held twice yearly in Las Vegas, and it is one of the largest fashion sourcing events in North America. Exhibitors range from established apparel brands to emerging designers, footwear, accessories, denim, activewear and sourcing suppliers.
The audience is retail buyers — boutique owners, department store buyers, e-commerce merchandisers and distributors. They are here to write orders.
What Makes MAGIC Different to Build For
This is merchandising, not exhibition. The booth is a temporary retail environment, and it should be built the way a good store is built. Product needs to be reachable, browsable and organized by story rather than stacked by SKU. Racking, shelving, hanging systems and mannequin or form positions carry more design weight than architecture does.
Lighting is the highest-leverage element on the entire floor. Apparel photographs and sells under good light and dies under bad light. Colour temperature matters — fabric colour rendered wrong on the floor loses orders. This is the show where lighting budget most directly converts into revenue, and it is the thing most exhibitors under-invest in.
Order-writing space is not optional. Buyers place orders at the booth. That requires a proper surface, seating for two or three, somewhere to spread a line sheet, and enough acoustic separation to have a pricing conversation. A booth with no writing space is a booth that gets a photograph and a "we'll follow up."
The show runs twice a year with different seasonal lines. Exhibitors here refresh graphics and merchandising twice annually while keeping the structure. That is the strongest possible argument for a modular structure with replaceable graphics rather than a custom build.
Aesthetic standard is high and taste is being judged. A booth that looks cheap undermines the product in a way it does not in industrial sectors. Restraint and quality of finish beat scale.
MAGIC Venue and Move-In
MAGIC has been held at the Las Vegas Convention Center and Venetian Expo depending on the edition and the segment — confirm your building and hall in the exhibitor kit, because the two have very different freight characteristics.
Standard height and sightline rules apply. Because apparel exhibitors bring substantial product inventory in addition to booth structure, plan storage into the design and coordinate product delivery separately from booth freight.
Booth Sizes That Work at MAGIC
10x10 and 10x20 — Common for emerging brands. Prioritize lighting, a clean product wall and a writing surface over anything else.
20x20 island — Room for multiple product stories, forms or mannequins on several faces, and a dedicated seated writing area.
20x40 and larger — Segmented collections, private buyer meeting space for volume negotiation, and substantial back-of-house storage.
How Early to Book for MAGIC
Three to five months. Because MAGIC runs twice yearly, exhibitors who store a structure with us between editions can turn around a refresh in far less time — new graphics and merchandising on the same frame.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you build apparel racking and merchandising fixtures?
Yes — racking, shelving, hanging systems, form and mannequin positions and integrated storage.
How important is booth lighting at MAGIC?
It is the single highest-return element. Colour temperature and quality directly affect how fabric reads and therefore how it sells.
Can I keep the same booth for both editions each year?
Yes. We store the structure and refresh graphics and merchandising between editions, which is substantially cheaper than rebuilding.
Are you affiliated with MAGIC or Informa?
No. We are an independent exhibit rental and fabrication company.
