What Makes SupplySide West Different to Build For
This is a business-to-business ingredient sourcing show, and there is almost nothing visual to display. Powders and extracts in jars are not compelling. What sells here is technical credibility, documentation and the quality of the conversation — which means the booth is essentially a professional meeting environment with sample presentation.
Sampling and specification review need proper surfaces. Formulators want to see, sometimes smell, and always read the technical documentation. Well-presented sample display with room to review specification sheets does more than any graphic.
Contract manufacturers and ingredient suppliers both need private space. Sourcing conversations involve pricing, minimums, capacity and sometimes proprietary formulation. Those do not happen in an open aisle.
Certification and quality claims are the core message. Organic, non-GMO, allergen, GMP and testing certifications drive supplier selection. They need a clear, legible home in the graphic hierarchy rather than being buried in body copy.
